WORK WITH ME

Your ground is still here.

You need a counterpart — someone steady enough to help you see it. From there, the decisions become clear.

PROCESS

How it works

1

Space

We slow down. Whether with a tool, a whiteboard, or just a conversation — we create a container where the noise can land.

2

Clarity

What repeats? What pulls? What's buried under everything you built? Your patterns become visible — named, not guessed.

3

Decision

One step you can stand behind. Concrete, grounded, and yours.

OUTCOMES

What you leave with

A clear picture

Where you stand, what pulls, what's buried. Visible, not guessed.

Your pattern named

The thing that repeats, seen and spoken.

One clear step

Concrete, grounded, and yours.

First session

I was looking for a way to deal with anger and find a clear direction. I found OUTJOY and reached out — no expectations, no preparation. Just jumped in.

Dirk's calm and full attention gave me the space to express all my fears, doubts, and anxious thoughts — every detail that felt important. There was no sense of time, only my meandering thoughts passing through his mind and onto a drawing board. He filtered my stream of consciousness and condensed it to the essence.

At some point the session took a gentle turn. From my unfiltered data-dump to looking at the organized board — and somehow, almost magically, translating it into a clear, actionable result. A tool I could walk away with, use, and lean on.

The main character was me. The one doing the work was me. But the facilitator was Dirk. He made it possible for me to find myself in my ocean of ideas, thoughts, and problems.

With Dirk I could breathe again, feel time, and have enough space for me.
